Architecture proven by crawl data

Site structure gets audited with evidence: we crawl with Search Console and analytics data attached to every URL, then read Google's own crawl frequency per page. Money pages should be re-crawled within roughly seven days; a service page Google visits every three weeks has a depth, linking, or quality problem worth fixing before any redesign conversation.

The architecture map is drawn twice, current state and proposed, and the gap between them becomes the build plan: every important page within three clicks of home, no orphan pages carrying traffic, sitemaps restricted to indexable 200-status URLs, and one-hop redirects whenever URLs change.

Semantic HTML is the machine layer

Most AI crawlers read raw HTML and don't execute JavaScript, so what's in the markup is what machines know about you. We build with real structural elements, an unbroken heading hierarchy, and genuine href links rather than script-driven navigation, because a link a crawler can't follow is a page that doesn't exist.

Schema is annotation on top of that foundation rather than a substitute for it: correct, restrained markup for the types that earn results. Spraying every available schema type correlates with weaker sites, so we don't. Critical content arrives in the first server response, fast, before any script runs.
